In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), we inform you:

XerraDa is a mobile app and a website that allow people over 18 to meet other people in Mallorca. The owner provides the platform but does not take part in communications between users and does not guarantee results.

3. Conditions of use

Accessing and using XerraDa makes you a user and means you accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to infringe third-party rights.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The content, trademarks, logos, design, code and other elements of XerraDa belong to the owner or to third parties who have authorised their use. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is forbidden. The content users upload is theirs: by uploading it they grant the licence described in the Terms of Use.

5. Liability

The owner is not responsible for content published by users or for the relationships they establish. Reasonable moderation and safety measures are in place, but we cannot guarantee the truthfulness of profiles or the conduct of people.

6. Links

The platform may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, the applicable law will be that of your country of residence and you may go to the courts of your domicile. Otherwise, Spanish law applies, with courts in Palma de Mallorca.
