1. What XerraDa is

A service for adults (18+) in Mallorca. By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

Give truthful data, keep one account per person, keep your password safe and do not share it.

3. Conduct

Zero tolerance for harassment, abuse, spam, impersonation, illegal or sexual content and commercial use. You can report and block from the chat: these are real actions. We may suspend accounts that break this.

4. Your content

What you upload is yours. You give us a limited licence to show it in the app and we delete it when you delete your account. You confirm you have the right to use it.

5. Internal credits and temporary content

The service’s internal credits work only inside the app: they have no monetary value, they are not refundable and they cannot be exchanged for money. Some chat images are temporary: they are destroyed on purpose, so do not use them for anything you need to keep.

6. Paid services

Not available yet. When they arrive, your device store (Apple or Google) handles the payment under its own terms and refunds.

7. Limits, ending and law

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability or results, and we are not responsible for other people’s conduct beyond what the law allows. You can leave by deleting your account. Spanish law applies, with courts in Palma de Mallorca, without giving up your consumer rights.
